Sales-support teams based at SNCF Réseau’s headquarters and regional offices keep the pulse of the market. They are at your disposal at all times to listen to your requirements, help you choose the right offer and devise customised solutions to make sure you get train paths of the highest possible quality.

The National Sales-Support Centre

Account Managers, Dialogue Managers and Axis Coordinators are now part of the National Sales-Support Centre (known by its French acronym PNTC), which reports to the Marketing and Sales Division. Their role is to help you define and implement your projects.

This one-stop shop allows us to deliver more coherent, more efficient solutions to your needs: train path production teams will have a clearer view of commercial objectives and sales teams will be more aware of the technical constraints.

Your contacts in the Regional Divisions

The Customer Service Department is your go-to contact at the regional level. Now with an enhanced “sales” role, they can be more responsive in addressing your requests.
